Jo Anne has lived in Visalia since 1983 and is a San Joaquin Valley native, born and raised in Fresno County. Her family was in the produce business in the Reedley/Dinuba area. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Jo Anne was with Bank of America for over 25 years in both an official and non-official capacity. She became a licensed REALTOR® in 2001 and joind RE/MAX in 2006. Working for another real estate company for 5 years, Jo Anne received several production awards. Although the awards were very meaningful for Jo Anne, the recognitions that have meant the most to her are the many "Thank you" letters, cards, etc. that she has received from past clients. Much of Jo Anne's business comes from repeat and referral clients.

In addition to belonging to the Tulare County Association of Realtors, Jo Anne is also a member of the Fresno Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is currently a member of two committees at the Tulare County Association of Realtors, which are the Community Benefit and Local Government Relations Committees. Jo Anne has served on the Tulare County Grand Jury and is also a proud sponsor of local youth AYSO soccer teams.

Jo Anne and her husband Russ reside in Visalia. Russ is a loan officer with Farm Credit in Tulare. They enjoy traveling to big cities and some tropical destinations as well. They also enjoy spending time with their family, especially their grandson Kylar who just turned 1 in February 2007.
