Sandy Stover

Sandy Stover Sandy, born and raised in Visalia, graduated from Redwood High School and attended COS. After her marriage she and her husband established a home in Visalia where they raised two terrific sons, Trevor and Cory.

Sandy's real estate career started in 1996 when she took a part-time sales position while her children were still pre-school. After the boys started school as full-time students, Sandy worked for a major home builder where she specialized in selling new home construction. She pre-qualified buyers, helped them with the selection of interior colors and options, reviewed floor plans and electrical diagrams, did walk-thru's during construction and did the very last walk thru with the client after the home was finished to confirm everything was as the client ordered.

In 2008, Sandy moved her Real Estate license to Re/MAX. She developed relationships with the foreclosure departments in the banking industry and is now considered one of the most knowledgeable realtors about foreclosures, short sales, and REO's.

Enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and the industry, and her personal concern for the clients' interests, combine to make Sandy an outstanding agent for your real estate transaction. She works extensively to help Buyers and Sellers meet their real estate goals.
